DeLynn Senna

DeLynn Senna is the Senior District President of Robert Half executive search. Leading global operations covering 11 countries, she’s responsible for all operational aspects of the retained executive search business. DeLynn is known for building consensus around a strategic vision, leading teams to perform at exceptional levels and enhancing the customer experience.

First joining Robert Half in 1996, DeLynn has built a successful career driving operational excellence across multiple practices and geographies. Previously, she served as senior district president for legal talent solutions in the United States, executive director for international permanent placement solutions and senior managing director for executive search in Europe. She also spent 12 years as executive director for Robert Half’s finance and accounting permanent placement practice.

DeLynn is a certified public accountant (inactive) and author and frequently speaks on workplace-related topics. Committed to supporting the next generation of women, she currently serves on the executive committee for Robert Half’s Global Women’s Employee Network.

DeLynn graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and launched her career with one of the world’s largest accounting firms.
