• They are responsible for facilitating and managing multiple projects at a time (within a given brand or client or potentially across multiple brands or clients) and ensuring that these projects meet or exceed internal team and client expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget.

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of projects from conception to completion. The primary focus of this role will be on traditional print work, many of our accounts are fully integrated and projects may also include, broadcast and promotional campaigns, tradeshows etc.

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients (both internal and external), vendors/contractors, and industry professionals. Ensure that internal creative and other teams understand and are aware of their specific deliverables/responsibilities and meet their deadlines on a daily basis

• Prioritize projects for creative and production teams

• Create project schedules/manage timelines

• Must have excellent project management, time management and traffic management skills

• Work closely with all project team members as well as agency partners and client stakeholders to achieve on-time and on-budget results that satisfy all defined objectives.

• You have 4-6 years experience in an agency/ fast paced setting and understand how to work with creative, account management and clients alike.
