Digital Project Manager is to oversee multiple concurrent digital projects from start to finish. Websites, portals, apps, interactive sales aids, etc
You will Meet regularly with account lead and creative teams to understand project and program status, maintain project milestones and manage roadmap planning, works closely with account, creative, digital and other groups to understand new business needs and requests, and co-ordinate with the IT groups on development projects to ensure that assigned projects are properly developed, tested and implemented.
Ideal candidate has Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare marketing. Must have experience in working with various development and project management methodologies, preferably from working in or with digital organizations. In addition, must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with various groups to resolve conflicts in a fast paced environment, and be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills are expected
Nice to have:
Agile development methodologies
Understanding of scrum based development
PM certification
