Description :

Our client is seeking an Associate Project Manager for a long term freelance position.

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the creation of print and online campaigns, digital asset developments and e-mail creative under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities will include:
-Developing time and cost information for the creation and production of print and online campaigns, web development initiatives, and emails to be incorporated into client estimate
-Distributing client assets to the appropriate resources upon receipt from the Account Services team
-Maintaining and communicating project plans and timelines to resource management and assigned teams
-Developing purchase orders, including circulation to Account Services and Finance, purchasing images and maintaining a central file of all stock art purchase orders and their associated project numbers
-Ensuring work is delivered on time and on budget
-Providing support to Project Managers and/or Program Directors on administrative tasks as needed

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years applicable experience as a Project Manager in a corporate or agency setting
Experience with traditional and digital advertising and marketing campaigns is desired
Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk and develop detailed work plans and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proficiency in a project management software such as Basecamp or Workfront
Healthcare or pharma experience is preferred
