Our client in the financial industry is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator for a temp-perm opening.

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will report into the Marketing Communications Director and work alongside a team of marketing professionals and graphic designers.

The primary responsibilities of this role will include:

Writing internal and external content for a wide variety of mediums such as print, digital, and social media
Collaborating with graphic designers to create materials that are in line with brand standards
Editing and proofreading content prior to production
Providing direct communications support through the development of high impact, written communications that drive key messaging
Managing multiple deadlines and priorities while ensuring timely follow-up and follow through of deliverables
Regularly evaluating communications effectiveness and implementing new strategies to improve engagement
Providing event planning support for meetings, conferences, and tradeshows including logistics and content development

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy, completeness and thoroughness of all work
Must have experience working with cross-functional teams to execute marketing and communications campaigns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
