Regulatory Compliance Management Analyst <p>Job Posting: Regulatory Compliance Management Analyst - 3-Month Contract (Potential for Permanent)</p><p>Location: Vancouver or Toronto</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently seeking a motivated and focused Compliance and Regulatory Specialist for a 3-month contract in either Vancouver or Toronto; however, there are possibilities for this role to become permanent. We believe in transforming potential into long-term success!</p><p>This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working within a team setting, providing extensive compliance, and regulatory services. Your duties will include analyzing and problem-solving for regulatory and policy issues, conducting research and analysis, and engaging with various business stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Daily and strategic support to the RCM program</li><li>Completion of RCM assessments and support testing of key controls</li><li>Assess emerging regulatory changes and advise the business on process enhancements</li><li>Draft procedures aligned with applicable legislation and regulations</li><li>Monitor legal and regulatory environment; review & analysis of regulatory announcements, reports, and legal changes</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with associations and industry representatives</li></ul><p><br></p>
