We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Concierge to join our team on a contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. As a vital part of the office operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk management, visitor experience, and overall workplace support. This is a contract-to-permanent position that offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide exceptional front desk coverage, ensuring all visitors are properly checked in and issued visitor lanyards.<br>• Collaborate with security teams to manage guest arrivals and ensure seamless adherence to visitor policies.<br>• Support workplace operations by storing luggage and coats, distributing mail and packages, and managing literature and magazines.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to address facilities needs and escalate issues as required.<br>• Respond to Jira tickets within established service level agreements and triage items to appropriate teams when needed.<br>• Organize and distribute swag orders from the online store and company events.<br>• Perform daily walkthroughs of the office to identify and report any maintenance or facilities concerns.<br>• Order and restock office and bathroom supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.<br>• Assist with onsite and event support, including setup and coordination with relevant teams.<br>• Act as the primary point of contact for employees needing assistance, both in person and via Slack channels.
