HR Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team a Toronto, Ontario. This long-term contract role is ideal for someone with a strong background in human resources and a passion for supporting employee programs and administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and onboarding.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage payroll processes using ADP Workforce Now to ensure timely and accurate payments.</p><p>• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and troubleshooting benefit-related issues.</p><p>• Coordinate onboarding activities to provide new hires with a seamless entry into the organization.</p><p>• Support training initiatives by organizing sessions and maintaining training records.</p><p>• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems such as Ceridian Dayforce.</p><p>• Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and managing applicant tracking systems.</p><p>• Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.</p><p>• Collaborate with various departments to support workforce planning and development.</p><p>• Generate detailed reports on HR metrics to support organizational decision-making.</p>
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources administration or coordination.<br>• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.<br>• Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.<br>• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.<br>• Experience in training coordination and record-keeping.<br>• Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance standards.
