We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Implementation Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in London, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in managing ERP/CRM system implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs, and providing training and support for end users. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee system integrations, and drive process improvements. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute test cases for NetSuite processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Design-to-Build (D2B), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), ensuring alignment with business requirements. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, training materials, and customization details, in a centralized repository. • Act as the primary liaison with vendors, effectively translating business requirements and ensuring continuity even with vendor team changes. • Design and deliver tailored training sessions to support end users and promote adoption of new systems and workflows. • Identify the appropriate stakeholders for meetings, manage action items, and follow up with subject matter experts to ensure progress. • Independently manage tasks, track system changes, and document decisions made during meetings, ensuring timely implementation. • Adapt to evolving project scopes by learning new technologies and understanding system changes as they arise. • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and other systems, ensuring seamless operation. • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to address system access issues and maintain smooth communication across all parties. • Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend or implement system enhancements to improve performance.

• Strong expertise in client-side scripting and cloud technologies. • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, with a focus on NetSuite implementation. • Experience with JavaScript and other relevant programming languages. • Familiarity with creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). • Knowledge of SharePoint workflows and related tools. • Understanding of very-large-scale integration (VLSI) and security best practices. • Proven ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors, IT teams, and end users.
