Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in London, Ontario. This position involves providing vital support to a fast-paced HR department within a manufacturing facility. The role requires excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome and assist visitors to the office with professionalism and courtesy.<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records.<br>• Organize and file documents to ensure efficient retrieval and storage.<br>• Prepare orientation packages for new hires and coordinate onboarding-related activities.<br>• Support the HR department with various administrative tasks as needed.<br>• Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.<br>• Ensure business casual dress code standards are maintained.<br>• Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative processes.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to maintain a friendly and approachable attitude in a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.<br>• Proficient in data entry and document filing.<br>• Capable of handling inbound calls and providing quality customer service.<br>• Trainable and adaptable to new processes and systems.<br>• Business casual attire required.
