HR Coordinator
<p>Our client is looking for a detail-oriented <strong>HR Coordinator </strong>to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports a high-volume HR environment through employee documentation, onboarding coordination, and HR system administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and issue employee letters, offers, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy of job, compensation, and contractual details.</li><li>Manage a high-volume HR inbox, responding to inquiries and completing requests within service timelines.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements and new hire documentation.</li><li>Maintain employee records in SAP SuccessFactors and process hires, changes, and terminations.</li><li>Support HR Business Partners with administrative tasks and employee documentation.</li><li>Troubleshoot HR system issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.</li><li>Generate HR reports using Excel and system data to support operational needs.</li><li>Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and service excellence.</li></ul>
