<p>Our client is seeking a <strong>detail-oriented Accounting Clerk</strong> for a long-term contract in a high-volume environment. The role focuses on AP/AR processing, accuracy, and supporting efficient daily operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Process high-volume AP transactions (matching, batching, coding, data entry).</li><li>Create invoices/bills in systems like Open Invoice.</li><li>Help manage high-volume vendor accounts and provide team redundancy.</li><li>Support AR tasks, including pricing, field tickets, and reconciliations.</li><li>Work in Dynamics Navision and other financial systems to maintain data accuracy.</li><li>Assist the Senior Accountant with large datasets using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).</li><li>Maintain accurate, well-documented financial records.</li><li>Collaborate to improve processes and meet daily targets.</li><li>Adapt to new systems such as Oracle during transitions.</li><li>Communicate effectively to resolve discrepancies and keep operations running smoothly.</li></ul><p><br></p>
