This is a high-impact contract opportunity where you’ll take ownership of audit findings, validate remediation efforts, and help mature a formalized cyber risk management process.</p><p><br></p><p>If you enjoy connecting technical security expertise with cross-functional coordination — and want to see tangible results from your work — this role is for you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></p><p>Over time, multiple security assessments have generated hundreds of findings across areas like Identity &amp; Access Management, threat operations, backup &amp; recovery, and governance. Many items have been addressed, but remediation tracking and validation haven’t always been consistent.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your mandate:</strong></p><p>Bring structure, accountability, and momentum to the backlog — and help embed a sustainable cyber risk management framework.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Review and validate cybersecurity assessment findings</li><li>Analyze auditor evidence and recommended remediation actions</li><li>Confirm remediation status and identify gaps</li><li>Drive follow-ups with technical and business stakeholders</li><li>Assign ownership and ensure accountability across teams</li><li>Track, report, and monitor remediation progress</li><li>Provide practical security input to ensure solutions work within the enterprise environment</li><li>Support the continued rollout and operationalization of a formal cyber risk process</li><li>You’ll work closely with security leadership and partner with teams across threat response, governance, infrastructure, data protection, and architecture.</li></ul>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience in cybersecurity risk management, GRC, or security operations</li><li>Strong technical foundation across enterprise security domains</li><li>Experience managing and tracking audit findings and remediation programs</li></ul><p><strong>Exposure to areas such as:</strong></p><ul><li>Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM)</li><li>Security Operations / Threat Intelligence</li><li>Backup &amp; Disaster Recovery</li><li>Security awareness and user training initiatives</li><li>Excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>Ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>CISSP or similar security certification</li><li>Experience helping stand up or mature a cyber risk framework</li><li>Background in complex, multi-team enterprise environments</li></ul>
