48% Off-site party
48% On-site party/luncheon
45% Office decorations
33% Charitable activity (e.g., donation drive, volunteering as a group)
31% Informal gift exchange
7% Don’t host holiday celebrations

(Multiple responses were permitted.)

41% of companies will be spending more on the holiday party this year.

2 in 3 managers said it’s an unwritten rule that employees should make an appearance at the holiday party.

58% of workers hand out holiday presents at the office.

Of those, 50% give to colleagues and 35% give to their boss.
