Onze klant is gelegen in Vlaams-Brabant. </p><p><strong>Wat houdt je job in? </strong></p><ul><li>Je bezorgt de klanten technische ondersteuning over hun producten, o.a. foutdiagnose en installatie-advies per mail en telefoon.</li><li>Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor de sales afdeling voor technisch advies.</li><li>Je houdt alles bij in het CRM-pakket want naast het technische aspect is het administratieve luik ook een onderdeel van jouw job.</li><li>Je werkt mee de planning uit voor de Field Service Engineers AS.</li></ul><p><strong>Welk profiel heb jij?</strong><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Je beschikt over een master in de industriële wetenschappen of een bachelor elektromechanica (afstudeerrichting: klimatisatie) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring - ervaring binnen de sector is een pluspunt</li><li>Je beschikt over een degelijke HVAC kennis en hebt een groot inzicht in de werking van koelsystemen.
