With the agility and flexibility that comes from being independent of traditional banks, this lender creates new opportunities for Australian small businesses looking to grow.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage existing securitisation trusts.</li><li>Oversee trust cash flow and liquidity requirements, including draw down processes and limit monitoring.</li><li>Execute and review cash flow distribution waterfall calculations, note holder payments, and trust reporting.</li><li>Develop and maintain trust cash flow models.</li><li>Monitor interest rate exposure and seek quotes for new hedge positions.</li><li>Maintain processes and policies for trust management functions.</li><li>Collaborate with the Treasury team on new warehouse and term facility establishments and transaction settlements.</li><li>Support the Head of Trust Management in overseeing daily operations and leading the team in their absence.</li><li>Drive process improvements and implement automation initiatives.</li><li>Work closely with internal reporting teams to produce performance reports and ensure timely availability.</li><li>Coordinate with the Finance team on monthly deliverables.</li><li>Assist in the year-end audit process and ensure timely and accurate information delivery.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 5 year's experience in trust management.</li><li>Must have experience in asset finance, trustee or non-bank lending organisations.</li><li>Proven leadership or supervisory experience.</li><li>Expertise in securitisation and trust management reporting.</li><li>Ability to develop trust cash flow models.</li></ul> Apply TodayPlease send your resume by clicking on the apply button. Tax Manager - Contract Role Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage the company's indirect tax (VAT, GST, Sales Tax, etc.) compliance, including reporting and filings.</li><li>Lead the preparation of indirect tax returns and ensure timely submission across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Stay up to date on tax changes and proactively assess their impact on business operations.</li><li>Support and manage indirect tax audits and investigations.</li><li>Advise business units on indirect tax matters, ensuring tax efficiency in transactions and processes.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations) to provide strategic advice on tax implications.</li></ul> Key Requirements:.<ul><li>Min 5 years of experience in indirect tax, preferably in a multinational company.</li><li>Strong knowledge of indirect tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements</li><li>Experience with indirect tax software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> This is an on-site position.
