You have previously taken responsibility for EOFY and EOM reporting, as well as being capable with AASB. In addition, you will have experience of audit liaison and statutory reporting. Prior team leadership is a must (it doesn't need to be a big team), and you will be capable of upskilling, mentoring, and providing feedback when required.</p><ul><li>Fully qualified accountant</li><li>Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with AASB</li><li>The ability to navigate a changing, complex environment</li><li>Strong track record of tax filings and managing external audits</li><li>Team leadership; management, mentorship, and training</li><li>Strong Excel skills and system savvy</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><p>You will be essential to ensuring business continuity and supporting organizational growth. By maintaining strict compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls, this position guarantees accurate and timely financial reporting. Managing the accounting team's performance, you will oversee adherence to external and internal regulations.
