The business continues to expand its project portfolio and has ambitious growth plans over the coming years.With a strong ownership group and an experienced CFO, the business is now seeking a Financial Controller to take ownership of financial control, lead the transactional finance team, and play a key role in strategic decision-making at board level. This role has a clear short-term pathway to Deputy CFO. The Role Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Controller will be responsible for end-to-end financial control across the business while managing a team of three transactional staff. This is a senior, visible role requiring someone comfortable operating strategically with the CFO and owners, while also remaining hands-on and close to the detail.This role is suited to a finance leader with deep construction industry experience who understands the complexities of project-based accounting, WIP, revenue recognition, cash flow volatility and commercial risk inherent in the sector.
