This is a senior and hands-on role supporting the uplift of cyber defence, threat detection, and incident response across a complex enterprise environment.</p><p>You'll join an organisation with a clear mission, a highly engaged cyber team, and a supportive culture that values diversity, innovation, and continuous improvement.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>As the Lead/Principal Cyber Security Analyst, you will work closely with the Cyber Security Operations leadership team to strengthen enterprise-wide cyber defence capabilities. Your responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Leading and coordinating cyber defence and incident response activities.</li><li>Acting as a technical escalation point for advanced threat investigations and security incidents.</li><li>Enhancing SOC processes, tooling and detection capability (Splunk ES experience highly valued).</li><li>Driving continuous improvement across cyber technologies, processes, and response playbooks.</li><li>Partnering with internal technology teams and external security partners.</li><li>Providing mentorship, guidance and operational leadership to cyber analysts.</li></ul><p>This role is suited to someone who enjoys both leadership and hands-on technical depth.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About You</span></strong></p><p>You bring a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on expertise and the ability to influence at all levels.
