To support their next phase of growth, we have engaged a NetSuite vendor partner to implement, end-to-end ERP solution that will unify their financial and operational functions. This role will be reporting directly to the project sponsor on a 9 month assignment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Hands-on Functional Project Manager to take ownership of their NetSuite implementation. This is not a "high-level" coordination role; we need a specialist who can dive into the functional design, bridge the gap between our Finance team and the technical vendor, and ensure the system is built for financial rigour while "getting into the weeds"</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Functional Leadership: Acting as the primary internal point of contact for the implementation partner, ensuring all business requirements are accurately translated into the NetSuite environment.</li><li>Finance Architecture: Leading the design of the Chart of Accounts, multi-subsidiary consolidations, and complex tax requirements within the new system.</li><li>Project Governance: Managing the project lifecycle from discovery through to UAT, training, and go-live, with a strict focus on budget, scope, and timeline.</li><li>Data &amp; Reporting: Overseeing the mapping and migration of legacy financial data and designing custom SuiteAnalytics/Power BI dashboards for executive reporting.</li><li>Change Management: Facilitating workshops with Finance SMEs and operational leads to ensure seamless adoption of new automated workflows.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p>You are a rare hybrid of a qualified Finance professional and a seasoned ERP Project Manager. You have a deep understanding of how a business operates and a proven track record of delivering successful NetSuite transformations.</p><p> To be successful in this role, you will have:</p><ul><li>Financial Foundations: A CPA or CA qualification is highly regarded.
