Micromanaged to the Max

A majority of employees (59 percent) say they've worked for a micromanager, according to a new Accountemps survey. The poll also found that managerial meddling has a negative impact on most workers. Of those who felt they'd been micromanaged, 68 percent said it decreased their morale and 55 percent said it hurt their productivity.
