Once you fulfill minimum work requirements, you qualify for 40 hours of bonus pay at your current hourly rate. Use the extra cash to take a well–deserved vacation or for any other reasons you choose. Holiday Pay — To show our appreciation for your hard work and loyalty, we provide holiday pay to all consultants meeting minimum work requirements. (Canadian consultants can contact their client service director for details on Canadian holiday pay.)
Referral Bonus Program — While you are on an engagement with Robert Half Management Resources, you may be eligible for bonuses resulting from identifying new business opportunities or referring new consultants. Ask your client service director for details.
